Founded in 2018 by four individuals who found extraordinary success building the first commercialized virtual data room for corporate M&A. Having opened offices in the United States and Switzerland, they are born problem-solvers for getting the most value out of due diligence data.

Rob Chepak
​Rob is the founder of Blockchain Integrated Partners, a blockchain-enabled SaaS company which creates information immutably preserved for transactions, supply chain, real estate, and public records. In June 2021, Blockchain Integrated Partners was issued “Systems and Methods for Data Validation and Assurance,” (U.S. patent 11,061,886).
He has managed regulated information for more than $500 billion worth of global capital markets deal flow in his career and was identified by Merrill Corporation to lead an international sales team with a $60m annual P&L and customers in twenty-six countries. He was valedictorian of an MBA program run by the London School of Economics, New York University, and H.E.C. Paris and has degrees from Northwestern and Syracuse.
Paul Hartzell
Paul is the Manager of The Perfect Pitch, LLC, focusing on effective sales techniques to grow SaaS companies and has taught those techniques to Fortune 500 companies in EMEA, US, and Asia.
From 2002 to 2012, he was Senior Vice President and founder of Merrill Corporation’s merger and acquisition SaaS service, DataSite. During that time, DataSite processed more than five hundred million pages for due diligence review. He is a graduate of Lehigh University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He became a member of Lehigh’s Penske Athletic Hall of Fame in 1998 in recognition of his baseball career at Lehigh and in Major League Baseball from 1976 to 1984.

Bob Chepak Sr.
Bob brings a management and sales background from the financial services and technology sectors. He was President and founder of Merrill Corporation and Corporate Printing Company’s International businesses and President of Pandick N.Y.
He was President of Hugin Sweda, a manufacturer, and distributor of electronic point of sale systems. Bob served in the U.S. Air Force, where he received extensive training in programming and system design. His was responsible for design, programming, and continued support for critical Strategic Air Command (SAC) systems. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Long Island University and an M.S. in Management from Northeastern University.
Shaen Bernhardt
Shaen was one of the founding employees of Merrill Corporation’s SaaS service, DataSite. He has experience in the private equity industry as a principal and later as a partner in funds focused on middle-market leveraged buyouts.
Shaen holds a BA in International Relations from Boston University with a concentration in Security Studies, a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University with focus on National Security and Securities Law, and an MBA from the University of Chicago with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. Shaen studied international law in Italy at Università degli Studi di firenze and global management strategy in Switzerland at Universität St. Gallen’s Hochschule für Wirtschafts-, Rechts- und Sozialwissenschaften.​
Olivia Piron
Olivia is a senior at Lehigh University, majoring in Business Management and Consulting within the College of Business and Economics. Olivia anticipates graduating in May 2026.

While working at Blockchain Integrated Partners since May 2024, Olivia also gained experience as a National Sales Intern at ScreenVision Media. In this role, she co-developed and pitched a brand collaboration proposal adopted as a client-facing sales deck, conducted competitive market research, and produced brand briefs and visual decks to support sales strategy. These experiences further strengthened her foundation in sales strategy, client engagement, and market analysis, enhancing her contributions at Blockchain Integrated Partners.
